Training phases are built on how you actually train, how you recover, and how you respond over time - this is not a fixed template PDF program coaching where you're left with your questions unattended. When something stalls, we identify why, remove the bottleneck, and adjust direction accordingly. At the same time, you learn how to think about your training so progress doesn't depend on luck anymore.

Clients eventually move beyond constant guidance, having developed the judgement to coach themselves with complete precision. Some clients have progressed to the point where they now coach others themselves.
Technique and Nuance
Execution quality is a primary driver of results. Not all execution produces the same result.
A large amount of stalled progress comes down to one thing: what you think you are doing, and what is actually happening, are not the same.

I’ve worked with experienced trainees, coaches, and athletes, and even at that level, progress often comes from refining execution rather than adding more. Technique isn’t something you fix once. As you get stronger, new limitations show up, and progress depends on knowing exactly what needs to change.
