If you train long enough, there comes a point where continuing to train without clarity stops producing results. At this point, you do not need more effort, you need direction.
This is a structured, high-touch coaching process that removes uncertainty and directs your effort where it produces progression.
Applications are reviewed individually
to ensure the right fit.
In the early stages of training, effort is often enough. But eventually, most people outgrow that. At that stage, doing more is no longer the solution. The quality of what you do starts to matter more.
What worked at one level does not necessarily work at the next. You are no longer just learning movements, you are refining execution. You are no longer just following a programme, the program is built around how you actually perform, respond, and recover. You are no longer trying to improve generally, you are trying to improve specific outcomes, with precision.
If your progress has plateaued, your programming has become kumbaya on repeat, or you've simply outgrown your current approach, then continuing in the same way will not move you forward.
This is where structure becomes necessary, and where this coaching is built to operate.
This coaching is not built for everyone. It is built for people who recognise that something in their current approach is no longer enough. My clients experience:
Targeted strength and physique development.
Precision coaching that sharpens execution.
Programming that adapts to progress.
An end to the loop of motivation and stagnation.
A deep understanding of how to manage training with grounded mastery.
Whether you are returning from injury, starting fresh, or refining an experienced approach - this coaching is personalised to meet you exactly where you are. Your current level is secondary to your mindset.
This coaching model is now more selective and precise, reflecting a higher standard of training than ever before. Evolution is structured around 3 pillars:
Dynamic, responsive with recovery factored in.
Technical, individualised and specific to context.
Intentional and measured.
Training phases are built on how you actually train, how you recover, and how you respond over time - this is not a fixed template PDF program coaching where you're left with your questions unattended. When something stalls, we identify why, remove the bottleneck, and adjust direction accordingly. At the same time, you learn how to think about your training so progress doesn't depend on luck anymore.
Clients eventually move beyond constant guidance, having developed the judgement to coach themselves with complete precision. Some clients have progressed to the point where they now coach others themselves.
Execution quality is a primary driver of results. Not all execution produces the same result.
A large amount of stalled progress comes down to one thing: what you think you are doing, and what is actually happening, are not the same.
Form refinement isn't just for beginners. Execution is not something you fix once and move past. As strength and load increase, precision needs to evolve with it.
I’ve worked with experienced trainees, coaches, and athletes, and even at that level, progress often comes from refining execution rather than adding more. Technique isn’t something you fix once. As you get stronger, new limitations show up, and progress depends on knowing exactly what needs to change.
We begin with a comprehensive analysis of your training history, goals, and physiology to craft a personalised programme. You'll get:
Fully tailored to your goals, context and capacity.
As you evolve, your program evolves with you.
Ongoing technique review and feedback that is specific to your unique context.
Guidance that aligns with your training, recovery demands and individual context without rigid rules.
Reviewing of progress, refining direction, and providing clarity and accountability.
Each training phase sharpens our direction as we gather data to eliminate plateaus and ensure every session remains purposeful. Direction and progression becomes clear and intentional.
Progress does not require perfection. It requires engagement. This is not about perfect conditions. It is about how you use the conditions you have.
This coaching is for those ready to apply feedback and execute consistently. My personal return to strength after a road accident and femur fracture informs our approach: we address limitations through structured progression and technical respect for the body.
Ideal circumstances.
Active participation in improvement.

"Shenny is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. She has the kind of competence that can only be achieved if you are genuinely passionate about your craft— and training with someone that loves their job as much as she does makes all the difference. Best trainer if you want to learn to love your workouts"

"I’ve had trainers before, but none like Shenny. In six months, I’ve doubled my lifts and built a level of confidence I didn’t think possible. She knows exactly how much to push me, explains things in a way that makes sense. If you want real results and a trainer who truly cares, look no further. Best decision!."

"Shenny is by far the best PT I’ve worked with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, understands my needs perfectly to create a plan that delivers results! She has a keen eye to spot recurring bad habits and works diligently to fix them! Top that with her friendliness, approachability, you have a trainer who’ll run shoulder-to-shoulder to slay your goals."
— Ashwani S., 44

"Shenny has helped me significantly in building strength. She has this ability to push me beyond what I thought were my limits, even when I doubt myself. I get the confidence to push past limits, try new variations, and find techniques that make lifting heavier feel achievable. Highly recommend!."

"Shenny is an excellent trainer. Always positive. I have problems with my knees and if one exercise doesn’t work it always seems like she has two alternatives to replace it. I feel safe and challenged at the same time.."
